Located in the heart of Darwin City, Hotel Darwin is a popular pub renowned for its exceptional food, service, and rich history.

We're looking for three enthusiastic and professional Bar Supervisors on a Full-Time basis to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our valued guests.

About The Role

As a Bar Supervisor at Hotel Darwin, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining and bar experiences for our guests. This role is suited for individuals who thrive in a social, fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and coordinating the training of employees on food, beverage, and gaming procedures
  • Stock control for all bars, this includes regular stocktakes
  • Ensuring customers are served in a professional and timely manner in food, beverage, and gaming
  • Reconciling tills at the end of a day's trade
  • Responsible for gaming compliance
  • Practising proper workplace health and safety procedures
  • Liaising with the bar management and kitchen management team
