We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cruise Industry Sales Professional to join our team at FCM Travel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in the cruise industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quoting, booking, and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met
  • Support and handle customer inquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Maximize sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling
  • Monitor and action all relevant customer communications daily
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information to deliver and generate sales

About You

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets. You should have GDS experience and exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure. You should also be ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently.
