Job Overview

The Workforce Planning (WFP) team is responsible for timely and efficient movement of staff to meet overall business needs in compliance with company policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the allocation of competent personnel with relevant skill sets, transportation, and accommodation, training, and medicals to facilitate daily operations.
  • Be a focal point for people movement services within the business, including roster management and flight coordination.
  • Ensure employee mobilisation meets client/site requirements and coordinate crew movements between projects across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Identify crew training requirements and provide details to training personnel in line with specific contract/client needs.
  • Maintain regular contact with employees regarding upcoming projects and provide Project Managers with support and advice on allocated project employees.
  • Assist in forecast planning for peak periods and book periodic medicals, specialty medicals, and baseline monitoring for Contract Resources' workforce.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a mobilisation role or similar, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
  • Previous experience in rostering, booking flights and accommodation is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and ability to build relationships at all levels are required.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team, oversee, and manage deployment of people resources efficiently and effectively.
  • Proficient with ERMS and able to navigate multiple client onboarding portals and internal mobilisation systems.
