Workforce Mobiliser

This role involves coordinating the mobilisation and training needs of a workforce, with onsite support when needed for events.
Key Responsibilities:- Database management
- Booking and management of training courses for employees
- All administrative tasks involved in training activities
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels
- High volume travel and accommodation bookings
- Assisting with onboarding of staff
- Management of complex training matrices
- Procurement and issuing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exposure to Computerised systems, Evidence Record Management System or similar
- Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Office Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must enjoy fast-paced evolving environment
- Must be proactive and flexible
