**Career Opportunity for Workforce Planning Expert**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Resourcing & Experience Business Partner within our Energy & Utilities division. As part of the People & Culture team, this individual will play a critical role in managing the transactional aspects of workforce planning, mobilisation, compliance and engagement.

**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in workforce planning or administration to join a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, identifying and resolving issues, and working autonomously while seeking guidance when needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
