Job Description
The role of Group Talent Management Lead is a pivotal position within our organisation, responsible for driving enterprise-wide talent management and development initiatives. As a key member of the People team, you will collaborate closely with regional counterparts across the enterprise to deliver upon our global talent strategy and ambitions.
As the Group Talent Management Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead the global talent and succession planning cadence, ensuring alignment with key people priorities. You will act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in talent strategy, assessment methodology, systems, and enablement.
You will deliver high-impact reporting for executive and board audiences, ensure governance and compliance across global talent activities, and build strong relationships across the People function and senior stakeholders.
In addition, you will bring external insights to inform and evolve our talent practices, manage vendor relationships, and ensure successful program delivery. Your ability to use data to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement will be critical to this role.
