As a member of the Talent & Experience Chapter, you will operate across the business as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. You will lead end-to-end talent initiatives, from strategic sourcing and internal mobility to co-creating capability plans with business leaders.

The Role

This role requires a broader range of skills and mindset compared to traditional recruitment positions. We are seeking a dynamic professional who can take on this exciting challenge.

  • Developing effective scalable frameworks and talent pipelines
  • Crafting talent assets and collateral within the chapter to embed talent practice across the business
  • Supporting and developing best practice onboarding processes for leaders across the business
  • Senior leaders are confident in their hiring decisions, supported by data-driven insights and inclusive approaches
  • Capability plans are co-created with leaders and activated, supporting strategic workforce goals and business priorities
What Success Looks Like

Your success is measured by growth in internal mobility, succession planning, and overall talent movement. This enables growth and uplift in our talent maturity across the agile organization.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience working as a strategic Talent or Performance Partner in a large retail-based environment
  • Previous experience building and delivering Talent Strategies within a retail environment
  • Ability to link and connect on a broad range of People matters and communicate effectively across the business
  • High-performance mindset, self-driven to set stretch goals and encourages and coaches others to strive for excellence
