Embark on a challenging role within Talent Acquisition, overseeing talent management activities for various roles, including Actuarial, Data, Insurance Product, Digital, and Senior Leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster innovative hiring practices and lead strategic sourcing initiatives to identify top talent for future needs.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders across these brands, serving as a trusted advisor guiding them on effective talent acquisition methods.
- Work effectively in dynamic teams, adapting to changing circumstances and driving process enhancements.
- You possess extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, specializing in strategic hiring and creative sourcing techniques.
- Comfortable working alongside senior leaders, advising them on talent acquisition strategies and helping them evolve beyond traditional approaches.
- Able to cultivate a growth mindset, constantly seeking ways to innovate and improve, and thrive in a flexible environment.
- A results-driven talent strategist with expertise in identifying and acquiring skilled candidates based on their abilities and potential.
- Experienced in strategic hiring, adept at building pipelines and evaluating candidates for their skills, not just qualifications.
- A collaborative team player, passionate about optimizing recruitment processes and enhancing the candidate experience.
