The Role of a Talent Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building Strategic Frameworks:
    • Talent pipelines and scalable frameworks for long-term growth.
    • Effective talent assets and collateral to embed best practices across the business.
  • Supporting Onboarding Processes:
    • Developing comprehensive onboarding processes for leaders across the organization.
What Success Looks Like:
  • Strategic workforce goals are achieved through data-driven insights and inclusive best-practice approaches.
  • Capability plans are co-created with leaders, supporting strategic workforce objectives and business priorities.
  • Actionable strategies are developed to close capability and employee experience gaps.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can lead end-to-end talent initiatives, from strategic sourcing to delivering inclusive data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working as a strategic talent partner in a large retail environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience building and delivering talent strategies within a retail environment.
  • Ability to link and connect on a broad range of people matters and communicate effectively across the business.
  • High-performance mindset, self-driven to set stretch goals and encourages and coaches others to strive for excellence.
