We are seeking an experienced Operations Compliance Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with CASA regulations across airline operations. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years' experience in an operational or compliance role within a high-capacity air transport operator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operational approvals, aircraft additions, and Safety Management System documentation to support safe and compliant operations
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities to facilitate new aircraft deliveries and ensure operational readiness in line with aviation legislation

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of safety management principles and the ability to lead safety and compliance-related projects within defined timeframes. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interact effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 5–10 years' experience in an operational or compliance role within a high-capacity air transport operator
  • Tertiary qualification – undergraduate degree in aviation, business or law
  • Ability to lead safety and compliance-related projects within defined timeframes
