- Review high-risk permit to work applications for accuracy and completeness.
- Onboard contractors and maintain up-to-date licensing records.
- Support new employee setup and ensure compliance with relevant systems.
- Maintain comprehensive registers (hazmat, confined space, heritage, risk, etc.).
- Assist with monthly KPI and compliance documentation to ensure seamless operations.
- Loading hazard reports and generating remediation tasks is essential for a smooth workflow.
- Support toolbox talks, onsite reviews, and quality inspections to guarantee operational excellence.
