About the Position

You will be the backbone of our subcontractor compliance process. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with client and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate inductions, update client portals and maintain compliance registers, directly supporting operational excellence across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation Management - Maintain accurate records of subcontractor compliance documents, licenses, and insurances.
  • Induction Coordination - Schedule and record induction training for subcontractor staff across multiple sites.
  • Client Portal Updates - Ensure subcontractor staff details are uploaded and maintained across client platforms.
  • Compliance Registers - Keep internal systems and registers up to date with precision and consistency.
  • Document Creation - Format and edit Microsoft documents to support compliance and operational needs.
  • Stakeholder Support - Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.

What we are looking for

  • Qualifications - Certificate or diploma in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience - 1+ years in administration, compliance, or operations support.
  • Expertise - Strong understanding of documentation processes and compliance requirements.
