Job Description

The Compliance Officer role is a key position in our organization, responsible for ensuring that all business operations and employee responsibilities are compliant with Australian and New Zealand regulatory requirements.

This involves working closely with the Senior Risk and Compliance Officer to support the delivery of compliance activities, including reviewing binder compliance requirements, onboarding vendors, managing sanctions, and conducting audits.

In addition, this role requires strong analytical skills to identify potential or actual compliance events and recommend remedial actions for continuous improvement.

We are seeking an expert Compliance Professional who can drive results in a regulated setting, work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, and contribute significantly to our risk and compliance management strategy.
