Compliance Professional

We are seeking a qualified professional to manage various compliance requirements in Sydney or other locations around Australia.
Responsibilities- Manage annual fire safety statements, lift registration, swimming pool and other compliance requirements.
- Issue work orders and quote requests to clients.
- Liaise with contractors, strata managers and committees to ensure timely completion of tasks and inspections.
- Monitor renewal dates for building compliance and maintain related records.
- Update Building compliance pages within our operating platform.
- Process customer invoices according to contract agreements.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administration with a focus on compliance is desirable.
- Excellent client service and communication skills (written & verbal) are essential.
- Ability to professionally interact with clients and third parties.
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills are necessary.
- A willingness to learn and grow in the role is advantageous.
