Leasing Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Leasing Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes, building strong relationships with retailers, and delivering high-impact deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with tenants, conduct site inspections, and negotiate leases to secure new partnerships and renewals.
  • Manage your leasing pipeline with direct access to leadership and support resources.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with retailers, developers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial leasing, preferably in shopping centers or managing your own portfolio.
  • A robust network of retailer contacts and proven deal flow.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to close deals effectively.
