Leasing Executive Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Executive to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role based in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of leasing experience in shopping centres, ideally with a REIT, landlord-side agency, or managing their own portfolio.

The successful applicant will be responsible for driving outcomes, building retailer relationships, and delivering deals that matter. They will take full ownership of their leasing pipeline, with direct access to leadership and support.

Key requirements include:

  • 3+ years' leasing experience in shopping centres
  • Bring your own retailer contacts and demonstrable deal flow
  • Understand asset strategy, tenancy mix, and how sales drive value
  • Prefer conversations over email threads
  • Are organised, commercially sharp, and know how to close
