About the Role

Brand Collective seeks a detail-oriented professional to oversee lease administration across all subsidiaries.

Job Description

This role ensures accurate lease documentation and maintains the integrity of our property database (Lease Eagle). The successful candidate will manage Agreement to Lease and Lease review, negotiation, and documentation process. They will also prepare lease summaries, arrange director execution of documentation, and maintain the property database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Agreement to Lease and Lease review, negotiation, and documentation process.
  • Prepare lease summaries and arrange director execution of documentation.
  • Maintain the property database (Lease Eagle) and oversee monthly rent payments.
  • Provide administrative support for leasing issues and requirements.
  • Manage Lease Administration related communications.
  • Prepare and distribute ad-hoc reports via Lease Eagle.
  • Mark-up ITL/Heads of Agreement documents and request amendments where necessary.
  • Monitor leasing matters and proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of pre-trade requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should also have experience with lease administration and a working knowledge of Lease Eagle.
