A Key Role in Enhancing Our Client Experience

We are seeking a highly organized and welcoming Receptionist/Event Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. As the first point of contact for staff, contractors, and visitors, you will play a vital role in making our office a warm and inclusive space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet the expectations of our on-site clients
  • Meet and greet clients and contractors, guiding them through the sign-in process
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, reflecting positively on our organization
  • Coordinate meeting and conference room bookings
  • Support the facilities team with planned and corrective maintenance
  • Issue access cards and assist with security processes
  • Manage incoming and outgoing courier deliveries
  • Act as the primary point of contact for event tickets
  • Oversee office supplies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in concierge, events coordination, hospitality, or a related field
  • A friendly and welcoming personality
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • A passion for providing excellent facilities and services
  • A positive outlook and ability to embody our organization's culture
