A Key Role in Enhancing Our Client Experience
We are seeking a highly organized and welcoming Receptionist/Event Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. As the first point of contact for staff, contractors, and visitors, you will play a vital role in making our office a warm and inclusive space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet the expectations of our on-site clients
- Meet and greet clients and contractors, guiding them through the sign-in process
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, reflecting positively on our organization
- Coordinate meeting and conference room bookings
- Support the facilities team with planned and corrective maintenance
- Issue access cards and assist with security processes
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier deliveries
- Act as the primary point of contact for event tickets
- Oversee office supplies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in concierge, events coordination, hospitality, or a related field
- A friendly and welcoming personality
- Excellent organizational skills
- A passion for providing excellent facilities and services
- A positive outlook and ability to embody our organization's culture
