Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Weighbridge Operator. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our weighbridges.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate waste movement on and off-site through effective liaison with customers
  2. Provide excellent customer service by answering incoming calls and responding to queries
  3. Control vehicle movements and direct traffic flow to ensure safe and efficient operation
  4. Utilize two-way radio communications to stay informed and communicate with colleagues
  5. Complete manual paperwork for all receivals to the site, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  6. Enter data into Excel spreadsheets to maintain accurate records and support business decision-making
  7. Conduct site visitor inductions to ensure new staff members are aware of company policies and procedures
