The Document Control Specialist will be responsible for facilitating alignment and timely updates of project documents.
This role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to manage project schedules, monitor progress, and assist in the development of project plans.
- Act as a key communication liaison between stakeholders to facilitate alignment;
- Create, organize, distribute, and maintain project documentation and records;
- Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and assist in the development of project plans;
- Support the definition and implementation of the Project Document Management Process;
- Monitor the Client Approval Process and manage timely document submissions;
- Oversee the setup and continuous monitoring of project progress calculations and workflows;
- Provide Help Desk support and training to team members on Document Management Tools;
- Ensure proper document linking to project activities and purchase requests/orders;
- Support the Project Manager in identifying and managing project risks and opportunities;
Key skills required include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
