Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for locating customers and investigating overdue accounts through outbound calls. You will also negotiate repayment plans and solutions tailored to customers' needs, utilizing your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain open communication lines with customers to understand their financial situations and provide personalized support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, hospitality, or retail.
