Job Title: Financial Crime Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Crime Specialist to prevent, detect and investigate financial crime impacting our customers. As a key member of the Financial Crime Department, you will contribute to high-quality investigations and timely outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations following process requirements.
  • Manage a caseload with empathy, confidence and a solution-focused approach.
  • Handle customer calls related to fraud and scam events.
  • Record all reports, case evidence and communications accurately.
  • Investigate payment/system alerts for potential fraud and scams.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Case investigation experience, including evidence management (desired).
  • Minimum 1+ years' experience in finance or a similar role (desired).
  • Customer service experience and relevant qualifications (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, planning and communication skills.
