Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Employee Services Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Central Adelaide Local Health Network.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the workforce experience across TQEH and its affiliated sites, including St Margaret's, Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, Torren's House, and Repat Building 12 for Spinal & Brain Injury. Reporting to the Food Service and Contract Manager, you'll be responsible for the daily management of employee services, ensuring effective implementation of policies and procedures.

Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating the Food Service workforce, managing recruitment in all steps from candidate selection, to interviews, panel reports through to onboarding and rostering. You will be responsible for ensuring correct and timely Payroll procedures. The role includes the maintenance of employee databases and applies employment policies to foster a supportive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate food service workforce management, including recruitment and payroll processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee databases and implement employment policies.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements related to workplace health and safety and food safety standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to foster a team-oriented culture.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in databases and spreadsheet management.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, especially in food service operations.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in managing large-scale food service operations, with knowledge of recruitment and payroll procedures.
