Wormald is seeking a highly skilled Service Administrator to join our team in Adelaide, SA. As a Service Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fire protection services.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong attention to detail. They will be responsible for scheduling technicians, coordinating resources, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to arrange job attendances and access requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling of technicians to Service and Maintenance jobs
  • Coordination and allocation of resources
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders for the purpose of arranging job attendances and access requirements
  • Creation and issue of supplier purchase invoices
  • Liaison with various team members to ensure end to end job completion and satisfaction
  • Liaison with field technicians and our customers to prepare competitive quotations.
  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
  • Day to day administration (emails, filing etc)
