Operations Executive Role

At Tiffany & Co., we're looking for an exceptional Operations Executive to oversee the back of house operations in our Adelaide store. This role involves coordinating the Merchandising, Customer Service, and Client Services teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, including stock control, cycle count accuracy, and shrinkage prevention.
  • Customer Service: Supervise customer service operations, including customer repairs, servicing orders, and post-sale offerings.
  • Client Services: Coordinate client services, including customer telephone enquiries, stock availability, and post-sale services.
  • Receiving and Shipping: Oversee receiving and shipping functions, ensuring local compliance.
  • Staff Management: Manage, coach, develop, and train staff to ensure excellent customer service standards.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Certificate or equivalent life/work experience.
  • Minimum three years retail stock management/inventory control experience, preferably in the jewelry industry.
  • Problem-solving ability, strong customer service ethics, and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proven multi-tasking experience, and advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and MIPS.
  • Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
