We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team in providing exceptional technical support, troubleshooting, and management of systems and devices. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Delivering high-level customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and effective communication
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology solutions
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Creating and maintaining documentation, training materials, and guides to support technology adoption
**Your ideal profile:**
- 3-5 years' experience in Level 1 and 2 customer-focused technical support roles where documenting, monitoring, and resolving issues promptly are essential
- Demonstrated expertise in supporting a broad range of Windows and MAC technologies
- Understanding of Wireless networking, TCP/IP, remote administration tools and techniques
- Basic Windows system administration including Active Directory and Group Policy
- Familiarity with cloud-based delivery platforms and services such as Microsoft Office 365 and G-Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical issues efficiently and effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player
