
Technical Support Specialist

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing customer-focused support services for the department's Information and Communications Technology (ICT) systems, infrastructure, and applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective technical assistance to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and in-person support.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and system performance metrics.
- Professional ICT knowledge gained through satisfactory completion of a relevant course of study at a tertiary institution.
- Relevant industry certifications, particularly in Microsoft Technologies.
- Experience in customer support, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.
- Experience with IP networking configuration and security.
- ITIL certification and experience working in an environment that utilizes IT Service Management principles.
