Job Title: ICT Officer - Helpdesk

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing customer-focused support services for the department's Information and Communications Technology (ICT) systems, infrastructure, and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical assistance to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and in-person support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional ICT knowledge gained through satisfactory completion of a relevant course of study at a tertiary institution.
  • Relevant industry certifications, particularly in Microsoft Technologies.
  • Experience in customer support, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.
  • Experience with IP networking configuration and security.
  • ITIL certification and experience working in an environment that utilizes IT Service Management principles.
