Position Title: Technical Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our team.

This is a casual role, where you will be responsible for performing installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical equipment.

You will address and resolve basic IT and technical issues at client sites, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.

Key responsibilities include completing and submitting detailed work order forms and reports for each job, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

Delivering exceptional customer service, explaining technical concepts in an easily understandable manner, and ensuring client satisfaction are also key aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong foundation in IT and technical equipment installation and maintenance.

Basic knowledge of hardware replacements, flat wall shroud installation, control board access, and other technical tasks is essential.

Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.

Adhering to safety standards and company policies while performing on-site duties is also crucial.
