About the Role

You will provide strategic HR guidance and support to regional and site leaders, driving business outcomes through people-centric initiatives.

  • Develop and execute plans to enhance leadership capability and drive performance across the region.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR delivery: employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and recruitment.
  • Spearhead business transformation, change management, and culture initiatives that align with organisational objectives.
  • Coach operational leaders and frontline managers on effective people management practices.
  • Engage with Employment Agreements and industrial relations matters as required.
