Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer at SIXT Australia, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating sales opportunities, and ensuring rental vehicles meet the company's presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage rental agreements, including opening and closing contracts.
  • Sell additional over-the-counter rental products to customers.
  • Organize fleet management, including vehicle inspections and damage recording.
  • Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and face-to-face communication.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area, adhering to company standards.
  • Deliver vehicles between sites and ensure they are presented to the required standard.

Requirements
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and meet targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Current unrestricted driver's license and full working rights in Australia.
