- Stay updated with evolving technology through continuous learning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field
- VMware certification
- CompTIA A+ / Network+
- Office 365
- Experience with data center infrastructure and facilities
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
- Valid driving license
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in a telco environment
- Microsoft Server / Active Directory / DNS / DHCP / Linux
- Microsoft Group Policy
- File server management
- Endpoint protection
- Virtualization with VMware vSphere / ESXi
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
- Basic networking skills including LANs, WANs, and VPNs
- Experience with backup systems like Veeam
- Experience with cloud-based systems such as Office 365
- Identity & Access Management
- Support for ERP and HR & Payroll admin systems, including user creation, security management, and system backup
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
