About the Opportunity

NRW Business is seeking an experienced Construction Manager - Water and Sewer to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality water and sewer infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the construction and maintenance of water and sewer infrastructure across the region.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead a team of professionals in the planning, design, and execution of water and sewer infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Civil and/or Construction Engineering, with significant experience in water and sewer infrastructure management.
  • Proven project management expertise, with a track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Thorough knowledge of WHS legislation and safety protocols, with experience in managing safety and developing a positive safety culture.
