We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage the successful delivery of ship/vessel build/construction refurbishment projects within our Marine division. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

* Providing effective leadership to the project team to ensure achievement of project outcomes
* Managing project costs, schedules, and performance requirements
* Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
* Coordinating with stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Identifying and mitigating risks, and developing contingency plans

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing complex projects in the maritime or construction industry. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
