About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Randstad. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing contracts across various departments and projects, ensuring optimal value for money and meeting operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management Planning: Develop, lead, and run contract management plans and sourcing strategies to optimize value for money and meet operational needs.
  • Contract Execution: Plan and execute goods, services, and works contracts across diverse business services, including corporate supply, IT, facility management, and infrastructure projects.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, including commercial, contractual, operational, and supply chain risks, throughout the life cycle of capital and operational projects.
  • Contract Advice: Provide specialist contract management advice, including on local government infrastructure, financial monitoring, and Council's tendering process.
  • Dispute Resolution: Support contractual disputes and commercial contract issues, ensuring compliance with regulations and Council standards.
  • Contract Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor, report, and ensure contract performance aligns with budget, quality standards, and environmental considerations.
Requirements
  • Ability and desire to relocate/commute to a new location
  • Strong contract management experience across a variety of industries (utilities is desirable)
  • Expert in providing contract advice to multiple stakeholders
  • Government infrastructure construction project supervision
