We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our Container Freight Station (CFS) team at WiseTech Global Limited. As a Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in addressing core challenges within the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and Devise Solutions: Investigate and devise solutions for complex CFS warehouse issues, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality support.
- Provide Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through 2nd line incident management and support, ensuring that customer needs are met.
- Draft Business Requirements: Draft business requirements for new features and functionalities, working closely with software engineers to deliver solutions.
- Assess and Improve: Assess existing functionalities, recommending areas for improvement to enhance our software solutions.
- Document and Analyze: Document supporting content and release notes, analyzing and documenting processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and Solve: Troubleshoot problems in a timely manner, solving for root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Collaborate and Review: Collaborate with customers and development throughout the lifecycle of new features, conducting product development reviews (UAT/QA) for software fixes and new features.
You will be a specialist in CFS software development, with a strong understanding of factors that drive efficiency and productivity gains within the operation. You should have experience and exposure to freight forwarding, customs control, landside transport, and an overall understanding of how the end-to-end supply chain operates.
You will have experience working in any of the following regions - China, APAC/Oceania, Americas, or the European Union.
You are a clear communicator and attentive listener, adept at uncovering the root cause of problems. Thriving in challenging situations, you appreciate the dynamics of a flexible, flat-structured work environment and possess the ability to delve beyond surface-level issues.
You should be a self-starter and be able to self-manage assigned tasks. Expect that you will need to upskill to meet a variety of topic areas related to warehousing, and be involved in cross-team work related to international forwarding and customs control concepts.
