About the Role

At WiseTech Global, we seek a skilled Product Specialist to join our team. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying customer challenges and articulating them as requirements. You will work closely with your team to solve problems and develop solutions that meet our customers\' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate user needs and pain points to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Investigate and propose solutions to complex issues
  • Develop and document technical requirements for the development team
  • Assess existing functionality and recommend areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with customers, UX designers, and development teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Conduct product development reviews (UAT/QA) for software fixes and new features
  • Develop customer-facing product supporting content and release notes
  • Provide high-quality customer service through 2nd-line support

Requirements

  • Strong product management experience
  • Excellent understanding of the enterprise sales lifecycle and challenges
  • Strong understanding and experience in new product and feature development processes
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external teams
  • Experience in writing detailed design documents and test scripts
  • Experience in writing user-facing content and release notes
