Job Opportunity: Wine Industry Professional">

As a wine industry professional, you will be working in a dynamic and evolving environment where you can make your mark on the wine list and have a real say in the day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular and ongoing training in wine and beverage management
  • Maintaining a strong beverage culture throughout the business
  • Training in cellar management and wine list development
  • Back of house systems and processes including invoicing, wine list construction and formatting
  • Supplier meetings to evolve an ever-changing list
