Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Wine List: Create a comprehensive wine list featuring the best European wines.
  • Curate Reserve Wines: Select a reserve list of premium wines from private cellars in Italy.
  • Pairing Recommendations: Collaborate with chefs to create pairing recommendations and enhance the dining experience.
  • Expert Knowledge: Provide expert knowledge and guidance to customers on wine selection and appreciation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of wine inventory and sales data.
Requirements:
  • Wine Expertise: Extensive knowledge of fine wines, particularly Italian and European varieties.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work Environment: Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move wine bottles (up to 6 kg).
