Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain wine lists: Create and update wine lists that cater to the diverse tastes of customers, while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Source and procure wines: Identify and acquire high-quality wines from reputable suppliers, considering factors such as price, availability, and brand reputation.
- Train staff: Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on wine knowledge, service standards, and sales techniques, ensuring they can provide exceptional customer service.
