About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead our Agile teams and drive the successful delivery of digital projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented team, championing Agile methodologies and fostering collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fast-paced digital environment, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. They will also possess excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to guide teams through challenges and ensure alignment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a servant leader for one or more Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Guide the team in adhering to Agile principles and values while continuously improving their processes.
  • Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to ensure focus on sprint goals.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritise backlog items and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.

Requirements

  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Skills: Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills, with an in-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Tech Skills: Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Git Lab, or Azure DevOps.
