Senior Iteration Manager Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Iteration Manager to lead a talented delivery team in the Digital and Technology Group.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure customer needs are met through quality product delivery.
  • Facilitate agile software development, coach and mentor team members, and champion best practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery team through the lifecycle and ensure outcomes meet business and customer needs.
  • Organize and facilitate agile activities such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Manage user story estimation and forecasting effectively.
  • Coach the team on established IT and corporate standards to minimize risks.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Certification in agile delivery (desirable).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in agile delivery.
  • Minimum 3 years of iteration manager experience.

Required Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of agile practices, frameworks, and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with agile planning and development tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
