We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to champion agile methodologies within our software development teams. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for facilitating agile processes, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.

In this role, you will lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to ensure they are conducted efficiently and purposefully. You will also maintain a well-prioritized backlog and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations. Additionally, you will use agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and cycle time to track and report on the team's progress, highlighting potential areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
