Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master/Release Train Engineer to join our Agile Release Train as defined by the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This is a senior role within a greenfield Cyber physical application development project running on a state-of-the-art CI/CD pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Iteration (Sprint) execution, track progress and facilitate team ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Software Application Architects.
  • Facilitate and lead Program Increment planning.

The ideal candidate will have experience in using DevSecOps and supporting Continuous Delivery Pipelines. Previous exposure to Defence Systems Engineering processes and tools is desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in STEM.
  • A minimum of 8 years' systems and/or software development experience.
  • Experience and desire to be a Release Train Engineer.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in Command and Control, Integrated Air and Missile Defence and/or Electronic Warfare domain.
  • Defence Security Clearance up to NV-1.
