Senior Agile Leadership Position

This role is ideal for an experienced leader who can facilitate team events, processes and support release train teams in delivering value to produce cutting-edge capability.

About the Role
  • Foster high-performing teams by driving results, collaboration, self-management, ownership, influence and diversity.
  • Support iteration execution, track progress, and facilitate team ceremonies (e.g., Scrum of Scrums) to drive the release trains cadence.
  • Prioritise built-in quality and support architectural runway to produce a resilient solution.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Application Architects to promote DevSecOps and Continuous Delivery.

  • Communicate and present functionality produced to program and customer stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Release Train engineering.
