About the Role

This position will play a crucial role in delivering organizational development (OD) and change management across our restaurants and support office. You will provide administrative and reporting assistance while developing skills in leadership development, communication, and culture creation.

  • Schedule workshops for learning and development programs
  • Organize training materials for various courses
  • Manage bookings, venues, and resources for learning events
  • Compile evidence to support OD team evaluations and develop learning programs
  • Analyze data for traineeship programs and internal learning initiatives
  • Track and maintain training data within our learning management system
  • Prepare training reports as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Effective communication with stakeholders
  • Administrative experience supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Organizing, scheduling, and coordinating training for delegates
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Report generation experience
  • E-learning system knowledge (desired)
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
