As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients improve their operations and achieve their technology goals around AP automation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely and collaboratively with account executives to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies.
  • Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Schedule discovery meetings & demos for an account executive to further assess a prospect's business and potential for partnership with Medius.
  • Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned.
  • Help companies realize the benefits of AP Automation.
  • Set yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to be a great salesperson, leader, and executive.
  • Utilize an outstanding tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc) to optimize your productivity and output.

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • Be an Australian Citizen based in Sydney is a MUST.
  • Have a Degree in Finance or Business Management.
  • Willing to work in a Hybrid role as a requirement. We're aiming for the new hire to be office based, more so during the first few months through training and onboarding phase and then it can be agreed upon a hybrid basis x 2 per week.
  • Be Coachable with a will and a determination to learn, proactive attitude, and success-hungry person, results-driven and goal-focused, and above all wanting to develop a career in sales and outgrow their role.
  • Demonstrate to us that you are naturally curious, highly inquisitive, analytical, enjoy researching to obtain all relevant information in order to succeed in whatever you pursue, be it in professional, academic, sports, or personal life.
  • Be a fresh Graduate, or someone with slight experience in Sales or any other setting that requires similar attributes mentioned above AND/OR have a strong desire to be in a progressive sales career.
  • Be able to demonstrate an ability to meet or exceed targets either in professional, academic, sports, and/or personal life.
  • It is a requirement that you have evidence-based visible and quantifiable attributes of someone who enjoys thinking and creating a well-thought-out strategy to achieve their goals - professional, academic, sports, and/or in personal life setting.
  • Be excellent in written and verbal communication skills and are well spoken.
  • Have the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who will challenge and push you to be better, throughout your journey with us as an employee regardless of what role you develop yourself to be in with us, throughout your employee life span at Medius.
  • Have an innate desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
  • Have technical aptitude to master our sales tools (Salesforce or a similar CRM) and soak up information from a world-class, highly costly and top training that is funded.
  • Possess a keenly developed competitive nature.
  • Have the ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection daily.
