We are seeking a seasoned Territory Manager to join our dynamic Joint Replacement & Upper Extremities team in Queensland. As a key player, you will drive sales growth and market share through negotiation, customer focus, and education.

About the Role
  • Sales Performance: Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue and expand business opportunities with existing and new customers.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximise business potential and provide added value to customers through product knowledge and understanding of their preferences and needs.
  • Customer Support: Evolve into a product expert, offering clinical and technical insights in hospital settings to support customers in making informed decisions.

The ideal candidate must have full unrestricted working rights in Australia and a proven track record of influencing sales, whether in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another sales role.

Requirements
  • You may have an allied health career or qualification with a strong desire to transition into medical device sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling connection with healthcare professionals and building lasting relationships.
