Drive Sales Growth

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional growth strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of Regional Account Managers and Account Managers, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Fostering strong relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Collaborating with the Sales and Product teams to develop and execute strategies for onboarding new clients and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Supporting the Sales team with professional services and implementation of new solutions.
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Overseeing the implementation of digital solutions across Payments, Ordering, Marketing solutions, and B2B marketplaces within the region.
  • Forecasting and tracking key regional metrics, providing accurate and timely reports to senior management.
  • Analyzing and monitoring customer usage of products, identifying areas for improvement or additional support.
  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a regional management role within the FMCG or retail sector, with a strong track record of driving growth. With at least 10 years' experience.

Strong understanding of the end-to-end FMCG distribution chain and digital solutions.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including executive and C-level.

Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively across departments.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, with keen attention to detail.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
