Strategic Health and Safety Lead

The role of the Global Health and Safety Business Partner is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the development and implementation of a global Work Health & Safety (WHS) strategy for a leading retailer.
You will support the creation and adoption of the health and safety framework and strategy across various risk profiles, including warehousing, logistics, construction, manufacturing, asset management, and retail.
- Develop and implement the global Framework and Strategy.
- Monitor and promote a proactive approach to maintaining and implementing the H&S Management system within Australia.
- A strong communicator passionate about Health & Safety, enjoying working across various tasks to support large-scale transformation.
- Suitable experience in a work health and safety role with demonstrated knowledge and experience in applying health and safety legislation.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and timeframes, providing leadership through interactions across the business.
- Proven experience in writing reports, analysing data, and communicating findings.
- Relevant qualifications or training in Health and Safety or related disciplines.
