What you'll do:

Join our high-performing Safety, Health, and Wellbeing team at Wesfarmers Health at our Sydney Fulfilment Centre in Marsden Park. Play a key role in achieving our strategic goal: A Safer Place to Work Every Day. You will support physical and psychosocial risk management, ensure compliance, build capability, and enhance safety performance across the site.

Working closely with site leaders, you'll:

  • Lead safety initiatives to keep teams healthy, engaged, and compliant
  • Drive risk management across people, processes, and locations
  • Champion wellbeing programs that make a real difference
  • Ensure compliance with Wesfarmers Health Safety Management System, legislation, and self-insurance requirements
  • Coach leaders, investigate incidents, and deliver impactful training

You are a hands-on safety partner who thrives on collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and setting high standards. In return, you'll join a respected national brand committed to protecting and empowering its people.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, or Warehousing
  • Sound technical knowledge of OH&S legislation and standards
  • Stakeholder management and consultation skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel (formulas, pivot tables), online reporting, and iOS devices
  • Completion of Return-to-Work Coordinator, ICAM Incident Investigation, and Traffic Management training is advantageous
  • Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment are required
